About Us

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower underserved individuals through accessible, high-quality education, workforce training, and life skills development—primarily in healthcare and allied fields—so they can achieve sustainable employment and long-term economic mobility.

Our Vision

We envision thriving, resilient communities where individuals have equitable access to education, meaningful careers, and lifelong learning—creating a stronger, more diverse healthcare workforce and healthier communities for generations to come.

Why We Exist

The Inland Empire faces persistent challenges, including:

  • Healthcare workforce shortages

  • Limited access to affordable certification and training programs

  • Economic barriers that prevent individuals from pursuing education

  • Gaps between training programs and real employment opportunities

At the same time, many adults and young people are motivated to work, learn, and contribute—but lack the resources, guidance, or access needed to move forward.

Verity Life Training exists to bridge this gap by providing practical, employer-aligned education paired with life skills and career readiness support, ensuring participants are prepared not only to secure jobs—but to thrive long-term.

Who We Serve

We serve:

  • Underemployed and unemployed adults (18+)

  • Individuals seeking entry into healthcare careers

  • Community members pursuing career advancement or transition

  • Low-income and underserved populations across the Inland Empire

Our programs are designed to be inclusive, culturally responsive, and accessible—meeting learners where they are and supporting them every step of the way.

What We Do

Healthcare & Allied Health Training

We offer nonprofit healthcare training programs that prepare participants for entry-level and advancement opportunities in healthcare, including Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and caregiver-focused pathways aligned with industry needs.

Workforce Readiness & Life Skills Education

Our workforce readiness programs build essential skills such as professionalism, communication, financial literacy, job preparedness, and personal development—skills that are critical for long-term employment success.

Career Pathway & Employment Support

Through partnerships with employers, community organizations, and workforce systems, we support participants with job placement assistance, mentorship, and career navigation aligned with local workforce demand.
